Job Title: Packing & Picking Operator

Job Description:

We are hiring Packing & Picking Operators under the TeamLease Apprenticeship Program. The role involves accurate picking, packing, and dispatching of products while maintaining quality and safety standards in a warehouse or production setup.

Responsibilities:

• Pick and pack products as per order requirements.

• Label and seal packages correctly before dispatch.

• Verify product quantity and quality.

• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area.

• Assist in loading/unloading materials when required.

• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10th / 12th pass.

• Freshers can apply (training will be provided).

• Physically fit and able to handle warehouse activities.

• Willing to work in rotational shifts.

Stipend:

💰 ₹14,000 per month
