CSR: Customer Service representative

Position Description: CSR is the face of the company for its customer. As a company representative, a CSR is always expected to work with a high level of integrity and customer service orientation. They have to collect the debt from various points allocated by regional offices of Arohan Financial Services.

Please note that the candidate should:

1. Minimum 10+2 passed.

2. Have a two wheeler.

3. Able to ride & must have a valid Driving Lisc, Learner Lisc.

4. Ready to relocate anywhere within West Bengal apart from his / her home district.

5. Able to reside at our residential branches, located all around West Bengal.

6. Age limit should be between 21 to 28 years (Male) and 18 to 28 years (Female).

Salary Structure- 1. For Graduates: Rs 11000 per month + Rs 2,200 Fuel

2. For HS pass: Rs 9000 per month + Rs 2,200 Fuel

Employee Benefits would be as below-

1. Fixed CTC after confirmation

2. Performance incentive each month.

3. Lodging will be provided by the company.

4. Fuel allowance will be provided apart from the take home salary each month.

5. PF and ESI benefits would be given after confirmation

6. Medical insurance, Accidental insurance and the Life insurance would also be provided as per the company policy
