Nagpur/Raipur (1 or 2) For territories of central India( Nagpur, Raipur, Ranchi, Dhanbad, Kolkata,Cuttack, Balasore) Heavy travelling will be there. Male candidates only.

Stipend - 22,000 in hand and 1500 for travel allowance. 

Time period-

Upto 3 years (depend on performance).

Candidate Specification-

1. we would like to get BE candidates ( electrical engineering/ Electronics engineering) if possible. Women candidates preferred.
2. Fluency in English is a must.
3. This job involves travelling within the city and the candidate must have his/her own mode of conveyance. Sometimes outstation day trips might be needed.
4. Active on social media and networking savvy.

Training needs before the job begins-

1. Factory stay - 2 weeks in production, various aspects. Only observation.
2. Product engineering and application training- 1 week- inhouse. ( followed by role play examination)
3. Public speaking ( or Business Presentations) and Negotiations skill (2-3 days. With a lot of role play)- external.

Training need OJT-

1. Witness/participate in consultant meetings with mentors.
2. Witness/ participate in Business seminars with mentors.

Job Description-

1. The candidate will be given a database of the consultants in her/his territory.
2. The candidate must establish a plan for each consultant in discussion with her/his supervisor.
3. The candidate must establish a good rapport with the consultants and their teams.
4. To track the projects at each consultants with relevant information like, end user, contractor, competition etc.
5. To influence the project specifications to include and favour our specifications.
6. To travel with the supervisor to consultants from time to time.
7. To gather market intelligence ( with the specified metrics ) and report back to the management
8. To report work daily to the supervisor.
