Job Title: Hardware Networking - System Engineer

Qualification: Diploma candidate with 60 % (17 / 18 / 19 Pass out )E&C , E&E, IT , Telecommunication

Responsibilities:

• Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues
  
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration
• Track computer system issues through to resolution, within agreed time limits
• Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams
• Refer to internal database or external resources to provide accurate tech solutions
• Ensure all issues are properly logged
• Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time
• Prepare accurate and timely reports
• Provide Basic level troubleshooting.
• Responsible for the uptime of the various client projects being managed / monitored.
• Need to make sure that issues are handled in right time frames as per the SLA / commitments
• Knowledge on Network protocols LAN, WAN protocols like HSRP , VLANS, STP, OSPF and BGP
• Understanding of  Routing, Switching devices
• Understanding of Network Operations
• Good understanding Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments
• Good understanding of computer systems other tech products
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
• Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
• Additional certification in Microsoft, Linux, Cisco or similar technologies is a plus
