Roles & responsibilities / KRA Quality Assurance
Understanding all the CCPs with an urge to correct the same through proper coordination with machine owners
Line clearance during changeover/s & shift startup
RM/FG Moisture analysis
Defect recording/analysis with probable reasons
Sampling (RM/PM) for quality testing
Product Weight recording hourly
Hourly FG Sampling
Process audit
Proper record keeping
PRODUCTION
Mixing Operation
To ensure recipe adherence following proper SOP of batch preparation
Continuous monitoring and adherence to CCPs & correction of process parameters whenever required, if any manufacturing defect found in product
Acquiring knowledge on working equipment (sigma mixer etc.) with mechanisms so as to service the same whenever any fault occurs
Working in-hands with technicians accepting machine ownership for equipment health & troubleshooting
Handling allocated manpower by extracting their maximum efficiency for in-line activities
Controlling ingredient spillage keeping working space hygienic
Proper record keeping
Stamper Operation
To ensure proper quality parameters of SFG in station (here it is soap bar) as per requirement and correction of the same with proper communication & understanding with the in-line station operators,if any issue observed
Acquiring knowledge on working equipment with mechanisms so as to service the same whenever any fault occurs
Initiating immediate corrective measures whenever observed for prevention of breakdown maintenance & optimum product quality. Working in-hands with technicians accepting machine ownership for equipment health & troubleshooting
Minimum material spillage for upkeeping area hygiene and machine health
To coordinate with connecting stations regularly for any product related issue for best quality
Handling allocated manpower by extracting their maximum efficiency for in-line activities
Proper record keeping
Wrapping Operation
To ensure proper quality parameters of product in station as per requirement eg.wrapping alignment, coding etc.and correction of the same at the earliest
Acquiring knowledge on working equipment/s like,wrapping machine, coding machine with mechanisms so as to service the same whenever any fault occurs

Coordination with connecting stations regularly for Freight bills on time
Acquiring knowledge on working of Debits & Credits entry
Understanding all the entries in system of RM/PM/FG/Expenses
Recording/tracking Debit & Credit notes with proper reference
Documentation/tracking of Subsidy documents
Coordination of liasoning work in Govt. Departments & Ancillary offices.
Checking/document keeping of GRN entries
Educational Qualification required QA - B.Sc. / M.Sc.(3 nos.)
Production - B.Sc.(3 nos.)
Production - Technical diploma/ITI (Mechanical - 3 nos; Electrical -3 nos.)
