The trainee
would learn to Interface with internal customers and business partners where
she/he would gain real time experience to play an active player in Keysight’s
order cycle. During the training, he/she is expected to handle the formal
quotation and purchase orders process where accuracy and responsiveness are
keys to ensure good service. While handling these, he would learn to gain
insights into the Keysight’s Quote to Cash lifecycle.
The trainee would gain real time
experience on the following areas during the training period:

Working
Hands On for the processing of purchase orders and quotations for the customers
interested in buying Keysight's products in an internal application “Siebel”.
·
Would
also be trained to process the repair and calibration requests by the
customers.
Trainee
would be provided with an environment/opportunity to do critical thinking for orders
where the requests are complex in nature and have to be processed with utmost
care and diligence.
