Require 10 Conduct Toolbox talk prior to start of work & Send the videos/photos to immediate Project Manager / Control Room.

• Inspect the site as per safety checklist.

• Ensure 100% PPE Usage by gang workers as per work requirement

• Report any noncompliance to immediate Site In-charge/ Control Room /Safety Officer/PMO

• Report HSE event minor or Major immediately to all concern.

• Stop the work in case of serious safety violation which may lead to major injury or loss of life.
