1.       Feed back in prescribed formats about all the farmers before short listing the farmers for BI Program

2.       Farmers diary distribution with all relevant entries of acreage and varieties

3.       Pre-season meeting

4.       Updating all farmers on technical information w.r.t. PR, MRL, PHI’s etc., along with recommended list of Chemicals

5.       Monthly Village level meeting

6.       Interfacing between subject specialists & farmers at regular intervals

7.       Regular field visits, recording observations & maintaining field diaries

8.       Maintain strict vigilance & intelligence to identify doubtful farmers

9.       Survey and usage of new molecules after approval

10.   Provide meeting inputs required for fortnightly staff meeting to discuss about crop appraisal

11.   Collection and dispatch of doubtful samples

12.   Forecast on fortnightly yield arrival
