• Design and support for developing the Script for Health check across the platforms.

• Utilize AI/GenAI technologies like Copilot to build smart troubleshooting assistants.
• Assist GTAC engineers in troubleshooting customer issues related to Tejas R&S, NMS/EMS, Optical products.
