🔎 Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Assembly Operator to join our manufacturing team. The candidate will be responsible for assembling telecom equipment components according to production standards, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely completion of assigned tasks.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic and mechanical components as per work instructions.

• Operate basic hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment.

• Perform quality checks during and after assembly.

• Follow SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and safety guidelines.

• Meet daily production targets.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the workstation.

• Report defects, damages, or production issues to the supervisor.

• Assist in testing and packaging of finished products if required.

🎯 Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum Qualification: ITI / Diploma

• Basic knowledge of electronics or mechanical assembly preferred

• Ability to read simple work instructions and diagrams

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts

• Good hand-eye coordination
