Job Description: The apprentice will be responsible for doing collections from all the delinquent accounts belonging to PAR 90 & above
category. Apprentice has to connect with such customers, counsel them about financial repayment discipline, ensure payment
commitments through PTPs (Promise-To-Pay) and persistently follow-up with customers to recover overdue payments. Apprentice has
to adhere to set policies and procedures when doing collections and when determining suitable resolutions.
1. There will be the 05days of classroom training session and 05 days of field immersive experience where they will shadow an RCSR
before being deployed to RCSR role, post that every apprentice would be assigned to a Branch Head.
2. Job posting location has to be within the range of 25 to 50 KMS.
3. Every Apprentice would be shadowed by the respective BH for a month.
4. BH will be responsible to monitor all the activities of the apprentice closely. However, the functional manager is ARM/ AM as
applicable.
This entire Apprenticeship duration is for 6 months. On completion of 6 months, every apprentice will have two type of assessment.
a. Practical assessment will be conducted by Arohan
b. Theory assessment will be assessed by the Skill Counselor – In-Charge.
Final Placement: the Apprentice who successfully completed the OJT criteria , we will absorb in the Jr. RCSR category in the pay grade of
confirmed CSR.
