· Guide the customers about the health checkup profiles specifications by understanding their needs
· Helping the customer to get our services on time
· Customer feedback collection from clients who have availed our services.
· Grievances handling if it comes from Franchisees or Customers.
Person Specification :
· Happy to receive and make calls
· Basic science knowledge, with comfortable in speaking English and Local language
· Should have customer focus attitude and follow up skills
