Job Responsibilities

1. Visit assigned electrical and lighting dealers/retailers regularly.

2. Promote and sell Asian Paints lighting products.

3. Generate new business and maintain relationships with existing dealers.

4. Achieve monthly sales targets.

5. Take orders and ensure timely product availability.

6. Monitor competitor activities and market trends.

7. Ensure proper product display and visibility at dealer outlets.

8. Submit daily sales reports and market updates.

Eligibility Criteria

• Any graduate preferred; 12th pass candidates can also apply.

• Field sales experience preferred.

• Experience in electrical, lighting, FMCG or building materials sales will be an advantage.

• Must be local to the assigned job location (within 5–7 km).

• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence mandatory.

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Knowledge of the local language, Hindi and basic English.
