Hiring for Field Sales Officer in New Delhi - FLOCRED PRIVATE LIMITED - 30 Jul 26

1.● Source new customers for Business Loan, Home Loan, and LAP.

2. ● Generate minimum assigned monthly disbursement as per company target.

3. ● Conduct field visits for client acquisition and document collection.

4. ● Explain loan products, eligibility, ROI, tenure, and processing charges clearly to customers.

5. ● Collect and verify all required documents: KYC, income proof, bank statements, property papers, etc.

6. ● Coordinate with credit, operations, and banks/NBFCs for file processing and approvals.

7. ● Maintain strong relationships with builders, DSAs, brokers, and referral partners.

8. ● Ensure quick turnaround time for login, approval, and disbursement.

9. ● Maintain daily MIS, lead tracking, and pipeline reporting.

10. ● Ensure compliance with company and lender policies.

11. ● Handle customer queries and provide post-disbursement support. PRODUCTS HANDLED:
