Job Title Loan Processing Apprentice

Minimum Age-21

Maximum Age-28

Educational Qualification-Graduation (any stream) with minimum 55% marks. Preferably B.Com.

Technical Knowledge-Basic Computer Knowledge, esp.MS Office applications mandatory

Skill Sets Required-Basic knowledge about P&L account, Balance sheet and business bank statements, cash flow assessment for Micro SME customers - preferred though not essential.

Job Responsibilities:

* To handle day to day business transactions

* Customer queries and provide effective resolution

* Ensure quality of business through proper process adherence

* Increase the Branch business through business development/field activities

* Consistently cross-sells and up-sells

* Promotes multiple products and services.

* Sourcing of Secured Loans or Unsecured Loans.

* Conduct customer verification at business /residence premises as part of credit appraisal.

* Collect payments on past due bills/ loan.

* Create & manage a list of customers who have not made payments & organize list according to severity of delinquency.

* Locate customers using credit bureau information, background checks, loan documents, and other paperwork or databases.

Few points to be noted:

• Please send the profiles to the AMs, RMs & Zonal HR Managers whose mail IDs are shared in the excel against each location requirement. Request you to mark a copy to me and my colleague (Charles) too.
• AMs & RMs will be conducting interviews of the candidates and will share the feedback.
• It would be better if you can share candidate profiles nearer to the branch location and who are localities (within 5-10 kms). This will help in better retention later on since they will have a job near to their home.
• Please do not share profiles of the candidates who have migrated from any other location in search of jobs since their Background verification by our internal team will become a problem
• Since we need candidates for Apprentice, please ensure they are fresher's without any job history as it will create problems for PF & ESIC.
