Job Profile - To check /compile business houses and customer documents for loan eligibility.
Education - B. Com / M.Com/ BBA (finance) / MBA (finance) - Candidates who are yet to give final year exams are also eligible. ALL FRESHERS.
Technical skills require:- knowledge of Final accounts, able to understand the balance sheet, loan process, cash flow statement, Bank reconciliation.
Other skills:- Typing skills required ( certificated not compulsory ) - Min 25 words per min with 95% accuracy
Shifts - Rotational Shifts (Day and Night)
Stipend amount - 9000/- per month
Additional benefits - Night Shift Allowances of Rs. 75/- per day if working in night shift. Also, Rs. 45/- per hour if work time is extended.
Interview rounds:- 1st round of Typing Skills / 2nd round of technical interview / 3rd round of HR interaction
