The Selected Candidate will be deployed as a NEEM Trainee. through TeamLease Skills University and will get Stipend of Rs.10500 Per Month.(In hand). They will covered Under necessary Insurance policy and will get canteen food Subsidized rate.
Roles & responsibilities / KRA
1. Operation, cleaning and maintenance of Granulation, Blending Compression, Capsule area, Area and related machines.
2. Keeping area clean according to cGMP and maintenance of records for same
3. Online filling of Batch record and documents related to Granulation, Blending, Compression, Capsule.
4. Granulation, Blending, Compression and Capsule of batches as per BMR and SOP’s resulting in to required yield.
5. Maintaining good discipline in plant premises.
6. Reporting any unwanted incidences to department head on time.
7. Cleaning and calibration of related balances
8. Minimum downtime by checking the calibration and preventive maintenance status and coordinating with the Engineering department for compliance.
9. Maintenance of Hose pipe records.
10. Online maintenance of GMP records like environmental monitoring records, area cleaning records.
11. Ensuring cost reduction and yield improvement in core processing area.
12. Actively part in training like cGMP, Health and Hygiene, on job training etc.
13. Any other job that department head may assign from time to time.
14. Operation and maintenance of Packing area and related machines.
Educational Qualification required ITI, B.sc (Microbiology/Biotechnology/Chemistry/
B.Pharma)
Mandatory Skills 60% must be in last qualification
