Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct telephonic/face-to-face interviews and schedule further rounds.
Coordinate with hiring managers for feedback and candidate selection.
Post job openings on job portals like Naukri, Apna, WorkIndia, etc.
Maintain candidate database and update recruitment trackers.
Follow up with candidates for interview, offer, and joining.
