Manage Sales and Distribution of the product
· Contribute in generating revenue for the company
Key responsibilities:

Handling channel sales [Primary & Secondary
distribution] profile for FMCG
·
Visiting retail outlets
·
Taking orders
·
Giving products as per the order
·
Merchandising
·
Developing market for company's products
· Updating and reporting on company’s internal App
SKILL
REQUIREMENTS/ BEHAVIORAL TRAITS

Fluent
Communication in Hindi/Vernacular Language
·
Basic
understanding of English
·
Knowledge of
coverage and steps of sales call
· Disciplined
EDUCATION / EQUIVALENT EXPERIENCE
·
Graduate preferred
·
0-4 years as
front line in any FMCG company (Biscuits and Snacks companies preferred)
·
Off rolls/Distributor
rolls is acceptable
·
General Trade Channel only
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
·
Presentable and smart with
cheerful disposition
·
Geographical knowledge and
understanding of trade.
·
Relation in market shall
be a bonus.
·
Maturity to lead and motivate
the team.
·
Enable enough to basic
calculation like margins, schemes etc.

Basic computer knowledge
& android knowledge
