9 HDC4 Summary: As a Test Automation Lead plus Playwright skill, you will be at the forefront of transforming testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function. Your typical day will involve leading initiatives that enhance quality processes, tools, and methodologies, significantly improving control, accuracy, and integrity. You will work collaboratively with various teams to evolve predictive and intelligent testing approaches, leveraging automation and innovative testing products and solutions to ensure the highest standards of quality in software delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in test automation.- Continuously assess and improve testing strategies to align with industry best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium in playwright Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and methodologies.- Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment tools.- Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.- Ability to analyze and interpret complex requirements to design effective test cases. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Selenium.- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
