Position Overview
We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join us , This role offers hands-on exposure to the real estate and construction industry, working alongside experienced professionals to build strong foundational skills.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in monitoring construction activities under the guidance of the Package Manager:
Track progress and quality
Ensure workflow sequencing
Coordinate contractor payments
Maintain safety and quality compliance
Learn new software/tools annually to enhance technical knowledge
Suggest improvements in current systems and processes
Participate in training sessions and workshops
Support planning activities:
Understand fortnightly and monthly plans
Assist in resource planning
Maintain weekly records for productivity and material wastage
Supervise workmanship quality and minimize rework
Requirements
Strong interest in construction, real estate, or infrastructure
Good communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
