Key Roles and Responsibilities are given below –
(Diploma in Mechanical Engineering)
Predictive, condition-based maintenance of process equipment
Breakdown maintenance of equipment
Analysis of breakdowns and accordingly develop maintenance plans
Ensure availability of equipment as per plant targets
Ensure no compromise to product quality
Ensure adherence to SOP and company policies
Spare planning, vendor follow-ups and Handling AMCs
(Diploma in Electrical Engineering)
Ensure zero unplanned shutdown as a result of electrical breakdown
Evaluate electrical systems, products, components, and applications by designing and conducting research programs; applying knowledge of electricity and materials
Confirms system's and components' capabilities by designing testing methods; testing properties
Provide electrical solutions by studying customer requirements
Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends
Provide engineering information by addressing questions and requests from stakeholders
