Job Purpose
Perform the activities of the Jira, SAP and Oracle Access Administration to ensure all requests are processed on-time and also ensuring compliance.
Reports to Supervisor/Team Lead
Key Responsibilities:
Learn SAP, Oracle and JIRA Access Administration by understanding Brady role/responsibility design and performing the requests to add/change roles/responsibilities when users require by following appropriate control process.
Academic qualifications & Certification
Must hold a B.Com or a Bachelor degree in Accounting / Finance / Science / Engineering / Security.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
Excellent analytical, organizing and networking skills.
Excellent customer service skills and focus.
Ability to proficiently operate PC and related software packages
Strong customer service, quality orientation with initiative and eagerness to learn.
